Creative Collaborations - Who Owns the Copyright?

Working with others, feeding each others creative ideas is a very enjoyable process for most creative people and the majority wouldn't think about copyright when collaborating in this way. However, such partnerships produce valuable property, called intellectual property, and as in any partnership, where property is valuable, problems may arise if the parties don't agree about the creative strategy or commercialisation of the project they worked on together.
