Utterly delicious, speciality muffins, that are naturally good for you! They are vegetable based with minimal ingredients, contain no gluten, wheat or dairy, and definitely no artificial nasties such as preservatives, additives, colourings or flavours.
We are constantly told in the media through celebrity chefs like Jamie Oliver and Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall to eat more vegetables, and eat with the seasons.
These muffins encompass practically all of the current health concerns.
A seasonal and special occasion range is available, i.e. pumpkin at Halloween, cranberries at Christmas. A diabetic friendly version will be available too.
If successful, I plan to extend the range to include biscuits, bars, brownies, savoury versions, and possibly even drinks.
