Our business proposition, for launch in October 2012 is: ‘Capital project and Community Development through Stakeholder Consultation.’ We will operate primarily in the Third Sector and register as a Community Interest Company. We are, and will be, value driven. The core structure to our service will be the RIBA Plan of Work Stages A to C, undertaken in direct partnership with Stakeholders. In due course we will include Stage D, where appropriate. UN Human Rights emphasizes inclusion of services for disabled people in the mainstream. This will continue to be reflected in UK legislation at a time when State provision is being reduced. Therefore, we will offer a highly adaptable, cost effective service to develop Capital and Community Projects, to enable implementation of UK legislation in the Third Sector.
