Eddies Chilli Jam are high quality, delicious tasting chilli jam condiments to accompany savoury food. They are also beautifully branded and packaged in ways that are both pleasing to the eye and kind to the environment. In the past I have sold my jam to local restaurants and food outlets through personal networks, and I traded at markets, festivals and fairs. My plan is to systematise my production to make it more cost effective without reducing the quality, to improve my marketing and social media opportunities and to develop my customer base both in the UK and internationally
