James Mansfield
James Mansfield co-founded field&flower an online farm shop selling premium quality meat by subcription. Time spent working in the The Ivy restaurant lead the way to leaving London, studying Agriculture at The Royal Agricultural College and starting field&flower in 2010.
In a short period of time field&flower have established a large customer base and have been recognised by celebrated chefs and food critics, such as Rose Prince in The Telegraph Good Produce Guide 2012.
In the summer of 2010 field&flower were commissioned by Virgin Media to bring their pop-up kitchen outlet to the VIP area of the V festival where they served Richard Branson and Dizzee Rascal gourmet burgers.
