“When I was cutting my entrepreneurial teeth I didn’t have any support. It simply wasn’t there. I had no business role model in my personal life and if there were organisations available to help I certainly wasn’t aware of them. Looking back I can see how much I needed it. I must have made every mistake along the way! This is why I am passionate about my role as a mentor, and see the immense value in initiatives like School for Creative Startups. A network like this would have been a dream come true for me back then.”
