Symon Meikle
Symon is both a strong strategic thinker and tactical operator. Having boot-strapped his first business at the tender age of just 20, he grew Mitcorp over the following 15 years to become one of the UK’s largest suppliers of high-end video production equipment. Having overseen the entire business growth cycle, he sold the thriving enterprise in 2008.
Since selling Mitcorp, Symon has worked as an active angel and growth capital investor, establishing a small fund to invest in early stage creative and technology businesses. He also mentors entrepreneurs both informally and formally as a non-executive director.
